Nach dem großen Umbau 2019 bestehen die Retox Studios nun aus Studio 1 und Studio 2. Diese lassen sich separat mit eigener Tonregie und Aufnahmeraum oder zusammen als großes Tonstudio mit bis zu fünf unterschiedlich großen Räumen nutzen. So ist es möglich „nur“ einen kleinen Schnittplatz zu mieten oder ein 15-köpfiges Ensemble professionell aufnehmen zu lassen.
2022 folgt nun der Ausbau des Studio 2 zu einem kompromisslosen Dolby Atmos 7.1.4 Raum. Es wurden 7x Genelec 1030a, 1x Genelec 1092a & 4x Genelec 8040a verbaut. Das gesamte Immersive Audio System ist von Dolby eingemessen und physikalisch korrekt nach den Dolby Richtlinien installiert.
Bei Bedarf kann nun in Logic Pro X in folgenden Monitor-Formaten gearbeitet werden:

Ein Umschalten ist jederzeit möglich. Dies ist das weltweit einzige Setup, indem das Abhören und die Kontrolle des Mixes in allen momentan für die Streaming Anbieter angebotenen Formaten möglich ist. (Tidal, Apple Music, Amazon Musik, Netflix)
Über eine Apple TV4k lassen sich Inhalte aller oben genannten Formate und Anbieter abspielen und mit eigenen Mixen vergleichen.
Für optimale Übersicht und tolles Bild sorgt der 34″ Hauptmonitor sowie ein großer 50″ Plasma TV.

After the major renovation in 2019, the Retox Studios now consist of Studio 1 and Studio 2, which can be used separately with their own sound control room and recording room or together as a large recording studio with up to five different-sized rooms. So it is possible to rent "only" a small editing suite or to have a 15-person ensemble professionally recorded.
2022 – Dolby Atmos expansion with an uncompromising 7.1.4 setup. 7x Genelec 1030a, 1x Genelec 1092a & 4x Genelec 8040a were installed. The entire immersive audio system is measured by Dolby and installed correctly according to the Dolby guidelines.

Content from all the formats and providers mentioned above can be played back on an Apple TV4k and compared with your own mixes.
The 34″ main monitor and a large 50″ plasma TV ensure an optimal overview and a great picture.
