Marcos Salazar

Sound Engineer and Documentalist (Master in Documentary Film at the University of Chile) has developed various projects in the audiovisual field working as a soundtrack designer for various films, short films and multimedia installations. He is currently developing documentary projects in his independent production company IRREPETIBLE FILMS and in his recording studio SONIDO URBANO ESTUDIO recording, mixing and mastering music and mixing films in stereo and multichannel format. Since 2002 he has worked as a teacher for sound and audiovisual communication careers, currently working as a link professor and instructor for DuocUC, and sound design at the ARCOS Institute, he has taught sound capture classes at the Magister in Documentary Film at the University of Chile. Among his professional works, he has participated in more than 200 musical productions, 30 feature films with prominent directors 30 short films, 40 sound designs for multimedia shows, 06 installations in museums and 12 sound designs for plays together with prominent directors.
