The Auratone Studio is a formidable recording and mixing environment. The Home of well known Producer and Engineer Mack ( Queen, Rolling Stones, Led Zeppelin, Billy Squire, ELO and many more )It lives in a huge converted barn spread across two light-filled and spacious floors. The main recording room is located at ground level, with adjoining recreation room and kitchen area.

Auratone studio complex was designed and developed by HOFA Akustik and owner/producer/engineer Robert Fertl in 2007. It consists of two control rooms: The SSL Living Room, also known as Control Room A, has an intimate ambience and a magnificent SSL4000E/G+ Console 48/96Ch. Total Recall and Automation with 16x E Brown Eq's, 16x Maselec Eq's, 8x G+ Eq's, 8x E Black Eq's, Total Recall and Automation with an endless number one hit record history as Tears for Fears, Queen, and many more. Overlooking the countryside from multiple windows, the rooms are filled with wonderful natural light. Draw the ample curtains and you can soften the echo to achieve a more `dead' sound. The room houses a Yamaha vintage recording drum kit, Original Hammond B3 with 147 Leslie made 1960, Fender Rhodes MK1 and stunning Bechstein grand piano dating from 1904.
