"Combined space of 260m², luminous and fully convertible into a work, reception or filming area. Loft of 160m² with preserved industrial character, completed by a duplex of 100m² giving onto a rooftop terrace. Its parquet floors add warmth and make it a comfortable and convivial space.

- Loft space: 100m² ground floor + 32m² closed mezzanine + 32m² covered patio + 16m² kitchen + WC and storage space
- Duplex space: 100m² spread over two levels: on the ground floor, workspace and open kitchen + on the first floor, open space giving onto a terrace and a closed office; WC on both levels.
CUSTOMIZATION:
